SUMMARY:

The Caraga State University is driven to provide quality education for all especially the Caraga through its enormous and innovative Honorable Elisa R. Ochoa Learning Commons, or the H.E.R.O. Learning commons. This library is the biggest State University Library in Mindanao which can cater to more than 2,000 people at full capacity.

Truly, the CSU’s  H.E.R.O. Learning Commons is not just a new facility, it is a whole new experience waiting to be explored and shared by the whole community.
